Harold R. Weaver leads as the Chief
Executive Officer of Mid-South Industries
Inc., (MSI), a privately held organization
that is comprised of several subsidiaries:
Mid-South Electronics in Alabama, Mid-South
Products Engineering and Stamped Products
Inc. Mr. Weaver also leads as CEO for
Affiliated and Joint Venture companies
at multiple operational sites in
Alabama and Kentucky. Weaver also chairs
Mid-South Industries and is responsible
for developing and executing MSI corporate
strategy throughout all subsidiaries.
Prior
to his role, Weaver held the
position as President of MSI
and Weaver continues to hold
the position of President of
Dixie Tool & Die, an affiliated
company that designs and builds
dies, automated assembly systems,
specialty machines, production
machines, and mechanical assemblies,
with 100 associates.
Harold
R. Weaver joined MSI after
his apprenticeship in 1974.
Weaver is a journeyman tool
and die maker having completed
his apprenticeship in 1974.
In addition, he completed a
six-month program at the Tornos
Bechler Training Facility in
Mountier, Switzerland. Weaver
attended Gadsden State Community
College and the Syracuse University
Sales and Marketing Program
for Executives. In April 2001
he completed the third phase
of the Owner/President Management
(OPM) Program at Harvard Business
School.
