All MSI associates receive a minimum of 40 hours of product specific training prior to joining a production team. MSI is also committed to providing each associate an additional 40 hours of training per year to maintain and expand skill levels necessary to remain competitive in today's marketplace.

We build a team around each customer consisting of Engineering, Quality, Material and Manufacturing professionals. MSI's dedicated team of professionals provide each customer with personal attention to his/her manufacturing requirements.
